copywriter , Strategist & grant writer by day,
poet and essayist by night.
I write contemplative essays and poetry about embodiment, faith, and creativity—in other words, the things that help me stay human.
I am currently serving as the inaugural Poet Laureate for the Metropolitan Library System in Oklahoma County. I hold an MFA in Poetry from Seattle Pacific, and my poetry and essays have been published in or are forthcoming from Dappled Things, Windhover, Ekstasis, Fathom, Pensive, Mom Egg Review, and New York Quarterly.
In my free time, you’ll find me chasing my two boys, starting a dance party, or obsessing over the latest book of poetry.
For my most recent writing, check out my Substack newsletter, Weekend Exhale—a slice of creative margin and embodied attention.
